Green Bay Auctions will ensure that any personal information held on computers or in documents will be kept secure against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

We will not sell, rent or lease customer lists or personal information to third parties and will comply with our obligations under privacy laws (including the Privacy Act 1993)

Green Bay Auctions will only disclose personal information if required by law or in the belief that it is necessary to conform with legal process served on Green Bay Auctions or to protect the rights and property or staff of Green Bay Auctions.

If personal information (ie credit card numbers) is transmitted to us this information will be destroyed on completion of the transaction made.
