Bidding at the auction
You will need to register as a bidder on the day of the auction. You will receive a permanent bidding number which you must show to the Auctioneer if you are the successful highest bidder.
Online Bidding
You will need to register on our online platform.To bid you must obtain a paddle number for each auction. Follow BidOnLine link below.
Absentee Bidding
If you are unable to make it to the auction you can enter an Absentee Bid by phoning Green Bay Auctions (09 8271211) at least an hour prior to the auction or by leaving your bids with the office. Green Bay Auctions will endeavor to record your absentee bids but cannot guarantee they will be placed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct lot number and description is given. Absentee Bids under $10 are not accepted.Green Bay Auctions do not use absentee bids as the starting price on an auction lot.
Phone Bidding
To arrange a phone bid please contact the office an hour before the auction commences.
Payment Options
Payment should be made immediately after the auction if possible. The latest time is by 4.00pm on following Thursday.

Buyers Premium
A Buyers Premium of 15% + GST is added to the successful highest bid, this will add 17.25%.
Collection Times
Items should be picked up from Green Bay Auctions by 4pm on the Thursday after the auction unless prior arrangement has been made. No responsibility is held by Green Bay Auctions if goods are not picked up by this time. We can provide contact details of carriers to transport your items. This is at your own expense.
Items not collected by 4pm on the Friday after the auction may incur a storage charge.
